Social-good comes in a variety of flavours, from a variety of directions. The range in inflection points and impact measurements screams "To different people, I am different". For me, getting together with you (my close friends), leaves me in awe of what connection can create within each and every one of us. Leaving a get-together with you lot, as I'm sure you can attest, makes me realise how much that connection means. Marking this year's more adult-like trip around the sun from NY to NY, we'll be doing the payments a little differently, thanks to Christine and the great people at the Good Registry. All contributions towards costs this year will instead go directly to Life Matters, a charity dedicated to raising awareness for and prevention of Suicide in Aotearoa. While we get to revel in our feel-good euphoria of being back here for another year, we'll be creating space for Life Matters to continue their much needed korero.
