Casey’s 30th Fundraiser!
I’m 30 this year and to celebrate have started a registry for one of my favourite charities, one that I founded and have managed for the past 4 years - New Zealand Chihuahua Rescue Trust! A full 100% of the funds donated to this register (minus the fee to the Good Registry) will go towards: medical care for the dogs, flea and worming, desexing, pain relief, beds and bedding, vaccinations, transporting dogs into our care from all over NZ, microchipping and registering dogs with the NZCAR database and Council and anything else they need!
Casey's 29th Birthday Fundraiser
I chose New Zealand Chihuahua Rescue ("NZCR") because it is my passion and I am so proud of the amount of dogs we have assisted since becoming a charity in late-2017. We are a small team of passionate, experienced and hard-working volunteers. Many of whom (including me) all work full time outside of Rescue. Covid-19 has prevented any fundraising for our Charity, despite the fact we have incoming dogs. Covid-19 has completely halted any income and we are not eligible for any government assistance. I thought signing up to the Good Registry may be a good idea for those family/friends who want to donate as a birthday gift, to a good cause that is also close to my heart!
