Each year, Wellington HELP asks the community to 'Run for HELP' and support survivors of sexual violence. Our team take to the track and run or walk between 6.5km and 21km. And they ask their whānau and friends to support them with a donation to HELP. Wellington HELP support individuals and their whānau impacted by sexual violence to move from surviving to thriving. We have a 24/7 crisis support line, offer emotional and practical support through social work, and long-term support through counselling.
