Hi I'm Lotty Roberts is a Mindfulness teacher and founder of 'Mind U' is dedicated to helping workplaces and individuals flourish from the inside out. Monday 18th September is the start of Mental Health awareness week in NZ and in support of this Lotty has set up the 7 day KIND MIND MEDITATION CHALLENGE The mind can be a harsh and cruel drill Sargent and master of catastrophising in a world that's already often challenging enough. Over the course of this challenge Lotty will teach how to develop a kinder mind and inner resilience through Mindfulness based meditation. Each day there will be a 30 minute zoom session which will include a short talk and 15 to 20 min guided meditation. Lotty will send out post session reflection prompts and recordings of the sessions to support the challenge too. The challenge is free this donation page has been set up to accept koha donations all of which will go to the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand.
