In loving memory of Jay Mac
Our darling baby Jay passed away in September 2021. We received incredible support from The Neonatal Trust along Jay's journey and we're really impressed by the work they do! In memory of Jay, we would love to give something back and are aiming to raise $5000 by the end of 2022! Jay leaves a legacy of joy and bravery: “Jay was strong, charismatic and a total darling. He had the brightest light which shone from within him. Nothing could dim it. Not the pain, not the tubes, nothing." — Auntie Lucy.
Sarah's birthday in memory of Jay Mac
The 2nd of November is my birthday. This year marks a very different birthday and time in my life. Sadly our precious baby boy Jay Mac passed away in September. In honour of Jay’s life I'm raising funds for a charity close to our hearts - The Neonatal Trust. Having a baby in NICU is hard. Having a baby in NICU with a terminal condition is a nightmare. Two things helped get us through: > The amazing love and care of Jay’s incredible NICU nurses (we literally think of them like Jay’s extended family!) > The incredible support from The Neonatal Trust. The Neonatal Trust provides support to families of premature or sick full-term babies (providing anything from care packs to free meals).
